Work-Out Class

Work out is COMPULSORY for pupils taking Stage/Jazz, Ballet and Disco class.  This is due to the demands on the body and the range of movement required for these styles.

The class conditions and prepares the body for the range of movements each pupil is expected to achieve.  It works on suppleness, correct alignment and strength training.

There are three levels of class - beginners, intermediate and advanced.  Our instructors will asses and allocate classes as required.
