What is Dance Exercise?

Dance like no one is watching...

Leave your worries and stress at the studio door, while you learn simple, fun, yet effective routines to a wide variety of music to suit all tastes.  From Salsa to Rock n Roll, Street to 70s Disco… we have got it all covered!  

The class will start with a fun warm up and finish with gentle stretching and relaxing movements.  If you get the steps wrong… don’t worry about that, just keep moving and having fun.

Book a private group session for the most fun you will have while exercising!

No dance experience is needed, and all abilities are welcome!

These sessions are aimed at anyone wishing to improve their mobility and fitness level through dance.

If dance is new to you, not a problem, just follow the instructor at your own pace.

If you have dance experience you will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the session without the technical focus of a normal dance class. This is more about repetition and fun!
