Pupils should be dressed, with hair and grooming done.

- Drop off and Collection – Parents should drop and collect pupils in the same way as they do on a class day. Please use the safety barriers for collection. Please don’t arrive too early or late as this will effect the whole exam schedule. If the examiner is running late we will do our best to notify you.
- Can a pupil bring food and drinks? No, only water is allowed on exam days. Pupils should eat before attending their exam.
- If a pupil has more than one exam do they stay in the building? Yes they stay with us unless we notify you otherwise, or if there is a huge gap and you want to take the pupil home please let us know.
- Results and Trophies – We are advised that results will be available within 2 weeks and awards will reach us 4-6 weeks after the exams. We will then distribute them to pupils in class. Feedback will be given to pupils by their class teacher.
- Are exams compulsory? No they are not, but we do recommend them.
- Can I cancel the exam and get a refund if I cant attend (for any reason)? Once the closing date for exam entries has been met exams cannot be cancelled or refunded. We would always try to resolve any missed exams by submitting a video entry if possible.
